True Customer Service here. Manager Tim Whitney and his staff here are awesome. They know how to treat people. My son broke down near him with no way to get around, they went out of their way to pick him up at the hotel and take him to get the part needed, get him back to his truck, get it repaired and back on the road. They did not ask for anything in return. As Tim told me on the phone, "We just wanted to help". As a father, far away from his son when something like this happens, Scary, Tim and the staff at Autozone took a burden off of me, and treated my son as if he was his own. Great People, True Customer Service. Autozone, just earned a customer for life......
We get parts here often to repair and/or maintain two family vehicles. They always help us find the parts we need and have them delivered quickly. When we couldn't pick a delivery up because of work, they took the parts to the local garage where the vehicle was being serviced. The staff is always polite and helpful. Just this evening we got a new set of wipers and they quickly installed them for us. Highly recommended :)
Been there several times and almost always have to go back bcuz they sell me the wrong part. Order a part, guaranteed to be in that day. Just a belt and they ordered the wrong belt.
