Clean and modern with good prices on gas and bottled water. When I drive through WV I always look for a Go Mart.
You have 2 stores in St. Albans One on Spruce St. & One on Rt 60 at Gateway, Apparently you have one so called manager running them both which in my opinion he isnt qualified to be a cashier, he is rude to customers & i have witnessed this in both stores, they have way too many employees that dont have time to wait on customers on Spruce St. and not enough employees at Gateway ! They dont order enough tobacco products they are always out of all 3 brands i smoke ! I would like to know what kind of supervisor allows this to happen over & over ? From now on i will take my buisness to Speedway at least i can get a discount on my fuel from coupons I receive at K-mart & Krogers , And I dont have to stop several different places to get everything i need ! Hopefully you can remedy these problems before you lose too many more customers !!!
Let Spencer raise their price. They could fill their pockets a whole faster. Wonder if they have considered wisdom such as this?
Why is there not a law against "GAS" price gouging? The Go Mart in Spencer, WV just keeps their price at $2.29, no matter what other stations are selling theirs for, just twenty five miles down the road at Ripley.
Tell me why I should support Spencer gas stations when I can purchase gas for 40 to 50 cents less, so close to home?
I worked for your store in Blueville Grafton May 11 2015 quit june 11 2015 because i was treated unfairly by a cashier in training to be an assistant manager. everytime I would show up for work she would blame for things being wrong in the cooler,half empty cartons of cigeretts being placed with full cartons. and then being wrote up for my cash drawer being short and told the next pink slip was getting me fired. I was still in training and feel they should have checked the video camera.i feel that i was treated unfairly by Kelly Kraft And Anita Bolyard.I enjoyed working for you all miss working for you all but can't work under these conditions.
John Heater is a genius that surrounded himself by all around outstanding, intelligent people. Very clean, beautiful, happy place. I feel very lucky to have the window cleaning contract. Go for GO-MART!!!
